曾丽不是讲述传统的人,
而是让传统重新拥有话语权的人。
Zeng Li grew up within the breath of Miao embroidery. As the daughter of Zeng Xianyang—the foremost collector of Miao costumes—she journeyed through hundreds of villages and built a cognitive system that redefines embroidery as visual language.
She is the founder of the Miao’s Tales Museum and the author of seminal works including Miao Embroidery, Miao Costume Atlas, and The Secret Language of Miao Embroidery. Through curatorial projects and global dialogue, she transforms heritage into civilizational expression.
She is not someone who tells the story of tradition—she is someone who gives tradition its voice back.
她自苗绣中长大,也在其中建构起一整套文明的认知方式。作为“中国苗族服饰收藏第一人”曾宪阳之女,曾丽随父走访数百个苗寨,从田野到书写,从收藏到构建,她将苗绣从技艺转化为视觉语言,提出了“图源理论”“文明编码”等关键思想。
她是苗疆故事博物馆的创始人,也是《苗绣》《苗装》《苗绣图源》《The Secret Language of Miao Embroidery》等著作的作者。她不仅传承族群精神,也在用当代表达,让苗绣走向世界语境。
